Beware of Fraudsters Impersonating Gava Finance
Gava Finance (V. C. Consultancy) has become aware of fraudulent individuals and entities misusing our name, logo, or brand to deceive loan applicants. We urge all customers to exercise extreme caution and verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent us.
What Gava Finance Will NEVER Do
Ask you to pay any upfront fee, processing fee, insurance premium, or security deposit before loan disbursal.
Request payments via personal bank accounts, UPI IDs of individuals, or unofficial payment channels.
Guarantee loan approval unconditionally, regardless of credit profile.
Ask for your OTP, bank password, internet banking credentials, or card PIN.
Send unsolicited SMS or WhatsApp messages offering pre-approved loans and requesting payment.
Threaten legal action or arrest to coerce payment before loan processing.
Common Loan Fraud Warning Signs
- Upfront fee demands: Any demand for money before your loan is disbursed is a red flag. Legitimate processing fees are deducted by lenders from the loan amount — never collected in advance by an agent.
- Too-good-to-be-true offers: Offers of instant loan approval with no documentation, guaranteed approval for any credit score, or unusually low interest rates (e.g., 1–2%) are almost certainly fraudulent.
- Unverifiable identity: The person or company cannot provide a registered business address, official email, or is unable to share their DSA registration number with the partner lender.
- Pressure tactics: Scammers often create urgency — "pay now or lose the offer" — to prevent you from verifying their legitimacy.
- Requests for sensitive data over WhatsApp/SMS: Legitimate advisors do not ask for bank passwords, OTPs, or full Aadhaar numbers over chat.
- Payments to personal accounts:Always verify that any payment instruction is from the lender's official account, never an individual's personal account.

What to Do If You Suspect Fraud
- Do not make any payment. Stop all communication with the suspect party.
- Report to us immediately at vcconsultancy@gmail.com or +91 89610 09536 so we can investigate and warn others.
- File a complaint with the Cyber Crime Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call the National Cyber Crime Helpline: 1930.
- Lodge an FIR with your local police station or cyber crime cell.
- Alert your bank if you have shared any financial credentials or made any transaction.
