Gava Finance operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and loan advisory intermediary. We assist borrowers in identifying suitable loan products from our network of partner banks and NBFCs, and facilitate the loan application process on the borrower's behalf. We do not provide loans directly, and loan approval is entirely at the discretion of the partner lender.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to Indian residents aged 18 years and above who are legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By submitting a loan inquiry, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided by Users

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal, financial, and document-related information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application, legal liability, and blacklisting by lenders. Gava Finance bears no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting your contact details on our website or forms, you consent to being contacted by Gava Finance and our partner lenders via phone calls, SMS, email, and WhatsApp regarding your loan inquiry and related financial products. This consent overrides any DND (Do Not Disturb) registration you may have made with TRAI. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

5. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Gava Finance makes no guarantee, express or implied, that your loan application will be approved. Approval is subject to the lender's credit appraisal, underwriting criteria, and prevailing policies. We act solely as a facilitator, and the final lending decision rests with the partner lender.

6. Fees and Charges

Gava Finance's advisory and facilitation services are free of charge for borrowers. We are compensated by partner lenders upon successful loan disbursal. Any processing fees, administrative charges, or other costs are levied by the lender and will be clearly disclosed to you before you proceed with a formal application. We will never charge you any upfront fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of Gava Finance (V. C. Consultancy) or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
